Delivery

We deliver across India. When you order on WhatsApp, we confirm the delivery charge and the expected delivery time for your pincode before your order is final.

Our returns policy

Moringa powder is a food product, so we do not accept returns or give refunds if you change your mind or no longer want it after ordering. Please check your order before you confirm it.

When we will always put it right

This does not affect your rights as a consumer. We will replace the product or refund you if what you received is:

• damaged, leaking or with a broken seal
• the wrong product or the wrong quantity
• past its expiry date, or otherwise defective or spurious
• not as described on this website

We will also refund you if your order arrives later than the time we confirmed, unless the delay was caused by events beyond our control.

How to tell us

Please contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and a photo of the product and pack. Reach us on WhatsApp +91 72278 66366 or at miramoringa.support@gmail.com. We will acknowledge you within 48 hours.

Approved refunds go back the way you paid, within 7 working days of our confirming the refund.
